At BERRY Coffee, we take great care in preparing, packaging and dispatching every order to ensure your coffee arrives in excellent condition.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for all UK orders:

• Standard UK Delivery: £4.00 for orders valued at £50.00 or less.
• FREE UK Delivery on orders over £50.00.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available. Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your goods without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Delivery Responsibility

We take care to package our products securely to help protect them during transit.

Responsibility for the goods generally passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
